Received the wrong colour or a damaged product? Don’t worry—we’ll help you arrange a replacement.

Returns and exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

• You received the wrong colour
• You received a damaged or defective product

Please contact us on WhatsApp at 0301-4417531 within 2 days of delivery. Send your order number along with a clear photo of the product so our team can review the issue.

Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you through the exchange process.

Please choose your colours and product options carefully before ordering. Change-of-mind returns and cash refunds are not available.
