We want every STITCHD order to reach you exactly as expected.
Exchange eligibility
- Exchange requests are accepted if you receive the wrong colour or design, the wrong product, or an item that arrives damaged or defective.
- Handmade keychains can have small natural differences in stitch tension, shape or finishing; these are part of handmade work and are not treated as defects.
- Keychain sizes are approximate, with most designs measuring around 3 inches long.
How to request an exchange
- Contact STITCHD on WhatsApp at 0301-4417531 within 2 days of delivery.
- Send your order number, a clear photo of the item, and a short explanation of the issue.
- Do not send an item back before your request is approved.
- Once reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the next steps and required courier instructions.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
- If STITCHD confirms that an item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we will arrange the approved replacement or exchange.
- Any required courier instructions will be shared after the case is reviewed.
Items that are not eligible
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Used, altered, or damaged-after-delivery items are not eligible.
- Requests made after the 2-day reporting window may be declined.
- Minor handmade variation or slight measurement differences in handmade keychains are not considered defects.
- Differences caused by screen colour settings are not considered defects unless the supplied item is materially different from the ordered design.
Refunds
- STITCHD does not offer cash refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- Approved wrong, damaged or defective-item cases are handled through replacement or exchange.
