STITCHD delivers across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time

Yarn & Hooks: approximately 3–4 working days.
Handmade Keychains: approximately 7–10 working days.
Crochet Kits: approximately 3–4 working days for ready-stock kits.
Keychains are crocheted and finished by hand after ordering, which is why they require the longer delivery timeline.
Mixed orders: if an order contains both ready-stock items and handmade keychains, please allow up to the longer 7–10 working day timeline unless STITCHD confirms a split shipment.

Every STITCHD Crochet Kit ships free within Pakistan, with no delivery charge for kit-only orders.
If you add other products to a kit order, their own shipping charges may still apply.
Standard domestic delivery for other orders is generally Rs. 300 per applicable shipping profile. Keychains use a separate shipping profile.
The final applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout; international delivery is charged separately.
Orders containing 6 or more eligible items may qualify for free shipping in Pakistan under the active offer. Eligibility and any shipping discounts are confirmed at checkout.
Any quantity discount shown on a product page is calculated from the current Shopify prices and eligible products at the time of purchase.

We ship to most courier-serviceable locations in Pakistan.
Remote or limited-service areas can require additional courier time.
If a courier cannot service the supplied address, our team may contact you for an alternative serviceable address.

Once an order is dispatched, tracking details are shared where available through the courier.
Tracking can take some time to update after the parcel is handed over to the courier.

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number.
If the rider cannot reach you, the address is incomplete, or delivery attempts are not accepted, the parcel can be delayed.
Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts can result in the parcel being returned to STITCHD.

Delivery estimates are approximate and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Public holidays, weather, high-order periods, courier disruptions, remote-area routing, or other events outside STITCHD's control can add delivery time.
